Job Description
| This position ensures that line equipment is sanitary (Filler, floors, drains). Maintains a good level of cleanliness throughout the facility with cleaning equipment. Performs CIP's of all product lines, tanks, etc. Ensures plant cleanliness which includes, removing empty drums from batching, breaking down wood totes, bundling up cardboard and making bales, running floor scrubber throughout cooler, batching, production and warehouse. Performs sanitation process covered by the master sanitation schedule and by direction of the department manager. Performs CIP's on equipment such as receiving lines, silos, run tank, pasteruizer. Performa detail cleaning of labelers, fillers, etc.

Experience/Education
Required
| Must have an ability to understand and read temperature control charts, appropriate use of chemicals, reagents and sanitizers. Also must have a basic understanding of how CIP system works, along with ability to use cleaning equipment (Floor scrubbers and foamers). Must be able to understand or have previous knowledge of usage of PLC (Prorammable Logic Control) systems to aid in performing washouts, and trouble shoot minor issues if confronted by any.
